Participation Sukuk


A type of musharaka sukuk that represent certificates of equal value (sukuk) issued for the purpose of investing the funds raised for establishing a new project or extending an existing one or financing a business activity on the basis of participation (pure musharaka). The partners, in order to invest the participation capital, appoint one of them or an outsider to undertake the management of operations.
