Khiyar al-Qabool


Arabic (خيار القبول) for option (khiyar) that both parties to a contract (aqd) have, prior to the expression and communication of qabool (acceptance), and whereby they may, or may not, proceed to conclude the contract.

This option can be exercised by the parties before the contract is concluded.
