Delta-Gamma-Kappa-Rho Hedge


A complex hedging technique which is designed to mitigate different risk exposures usually associated with options. Those exposures are often calibrated by using option sensitivity measures or the so-called Greeks (delta, gamma, kappa, and rho). The hedge process involves at least two options expiring on different dates.
