Past Selling Price


A past exit price for an asset that excludes any disposal costs relating to the asset such as broker fees/ commissions. It is a price received in the past in exchange for selling an asset, without any consideration of any costs paid for disposal. An example is the amount received in the past for selling securities, not considering brokerage commissions incurred by the seller.

If disposal costs are considered, the price would be referred to as past exit value.
