INCI


It stands for indirect non-controlling interest; a type of non-controlling interest (NCI) that entails that non-controlling shareholders will only get profits corresponding to their respective share of pre and post-acquisition.

Unlike under direct mode (direct non-controlling interest, DNCI), non-controlling shareholders do not get a proportionate allocation of all recorded equity of a subsidiary.
