Puttable Floating Rate Note


A floating rate note that can be given back to the issuer by the holder at put price before maturity date. In other words, it is a floating rate note with a put option (embedded put provision) that gives the right to the holder (bondholder) to return the note (bond) if holding it is no more beneficial from the holder’s perspective.
