Asset Warrant


A warrant that is issued by a third-party (i.e., neither a company on its own equity or debt nor holders of its equity or debt) and can be sold independently or attached to equity or debt. It allows the holder to exercise into any other asset such as the cash value of an equity index, an exchange rate, or any form of assets preferred by the issuer.
