Arabic (دين مرجو الأداء) for debt (dain) that is collectible- i.e., one whose repayment is comfortably certain. The creditor expects with a sufficient degree of certainty that his debt will be repaid by the debtor (madeen) by the due date or as agreed by the two parties.
Dain marju al-ada’ translates as hopefully collectible debt.
