FOREXÂ (foreign exchange) revolves around trading the foreign currency exchange in the over-the-counter market. It is where a given currency is converted to another. This market determines the exchange rate for pairs of currencies.
In terms of size, it is the larget market in the entire world (amounting to trillions of dollars per day). It is also the most liquid markeplace.
