Individually Floored Put


A floored put in which the payoff is sensitive to the correlation of a set of underlying assets. It is associated with a strike price and a floor barrier below the strike price so that the its payoff is determined and triggered if the underlying assets reach the barrier from above. In this case, the holder will receive a cash payment equal to the difference between the strike price and the floor barrier.
