Reserve Rent

The net amount that is payable to the property owner (landlord) as rent from a lessee/ tenant. A reserve rent is not an all-inclusive measure of rent, as does not include any additional costs that may be incurred by a tenant (such as tax obligations, withholding taxes, etc.) over the lease term.
