Arabic (دين ثابت) for debt (dain) that is collectible- i.e., one whose repayment is comfortably certain. The creditor expects with a sufficient degree of certainty that his debt will be repaid by the debtor (madeen) by the due date or as agreed by the two parties.

Dain thabit (also dain marju) translates as hopefully collectible debt.
