A group of individual investors who mobilize their funds, by means of a pool, and conduct search and research to find proper venues for investment. The club operates based on a set of written rules and conventions that define its member’s roles and obligations as well as its contribution schedules and share determination, decision-making mechanism, rules for entry of new members and exit of existing members.
