The funds which are invested in rehabilitating old facilities or locations which had been used by unclean industries such as steel mills, oil refineries, or cement manufacturers. These facilities or plants are usually cleaned up and used for environment-friendly purposes (less polluting, greener, sustainable, etc.) such as commercial office spaces, infrastructure projects, residential areas, or landscaping.
