Call Futures Option


A futures option which gives the holder the right to enter into a long futures contract at a set exercise price. Once exercised, a call futures option enables the holder to acquire a long position in the underlying futures contract in addition to an amount of cash representing the difference between the most recent settlement futures price and the specified strike price.
