Sharikat Jabr


Arabic (شركة جبر) for a subset of sharikat al-mulk in which the partnership comes into effect when two or more persons become co-owners of a property not because of their own will or action but rather involuntarily due to an external action or process as when heirs automatically become general partners in an inherited property.

It is also known as a partnership by compulsion.
