Tom/Next-Indexed Repo


A type of floating rate repo (variable rate repo) in which the tom/next (T/N) index is used rather than the usual overnight index (OI). The tom/next rate is typically set one day ahead of the day to which it applies (tomorrow/ next day). The underlying reference rate is a type of overnight interest rate that starts tomorrow.
