The right of the issuer to terminate certain certificates at fixed dates. The issuer also reserves the extraordinary right of termination in the case of extraordinary events such as delisting of the underlying security. The occurrence of a normal or extraordinary event does not automatically terminate the certificate. Instead, it creates a right to terminate in the hands of an issuer, who shall promptly determine whether to terminate or not.
