Non-Notification Factoring


A type of factoring in which the trader’s clients are not notified to pay the factor, but rather continue to make payments to the trader who/ which collects the dues and remits to the factor later on in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the agreement between the two parties. The clients know nothing about the arrangement between the factor/ trader.

It is also referred to as confidential factoring or undisclosed factoring.
