A parameter that is used and applied to orders and algorithms (trading algorithm) that defines a user’s state of action during a specific period or range, so that the user can finish the order at the desired level. For example, in a would or work (WoW), a trader may “would” become very active and aggressive within a narrow, trader-defined range of the specified strike price. Outside of the range, a different parameter will be applied.
