Handle


The whole dollar price of a bid or offer. In other words, it represents the first few digits of a price, interest rate, or exchange rate. Often, these digits frequently don’t change or fluctuate, and thus, they are usually omitted from a quote, especially in a busy trading setting. For example, a bid of $50.15 and an ask of $50.20 would have a handle of $50.
