Blue Room


A relatively small trading room on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) that is adjacent to the main trading room and contains three posts. It is one of the three trading rooms at the exchange. It was opened in 1969 and expanded in 1988 to accommodate increased trading activity. At that time it became known as the extended blue room.
