Collapsible Swap


An interest rate swap that grants the fixed rate payer (or also the floating rate payer) the right to terminate the swap under pre-defined conditions (both specific and general). For example, this embedded option allows cancellation in case of interest rate decline.

The collapsible swap is also known as a cancellable swap or a retractable swap.
