A market, commonly for trading options on futures on European exchanges, in which brokers contact each other over the counter (OTC) to arrange block trades. For example, brokers may arrange trades by contacting market makers by phone. Once trades are agreed, the coutnerparties can either cross them on an exchange or have them agreed as OTC trades.
