Auto-Cancellable Equity-Linked Swap


An equity-linked swap that automatically terminates on the earlier of two dates: the settlement date relating to the observation date on which the trigger event occurs or any date following the effective date of the contract. The trigger event is considered to have taken place when the closing price of the underlying is at or above the trigger price on any observation date. The settlement date, with respect to an observation date, the 2nd business day after such observation date.
